Dilute with carbonated water approximately 6-8 times and enjoy as ginger ale.

It is recommended to mix it with hot water to make hot ginger, or with milk to make a ginger latte.

Warm the lid in hot water. Turn the jar upside down and place the lid in 40–50°C (104–122°F) water, then try twisting the lid on.
