The shelf life is one and a half years from the date of manufacture when unopened. Please store in a cool, dark place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator and using it within two months.
・Ginger Ale, Yako
The shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture when unopened. Please store in a cool, dark place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. We recommend serving well-chilled.

Simply dilute it 7 times with sparkling water to create authentic ginger ale. Please feel free to adjust the strength to your liking.
We also recommend diluting it 8 times with hot water for hot ginger, or mixing it with milk for a mellow ginger latte. At bars, it is also well-received as a mixer for alcoholic beverages.

Try turning the bottle upside down, soaking the lid in 40–50°C water, and then twisting the lid.
