Volume Restrictions: As this is a residential area, loud volumes are prohibited. Advance consultation is required for the use of drums.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged one month in advance, and 100% one week in advance.

FAQ
Is the usage time a flexible four-hour period, or are there specified time slots?
In principle, the usage time is four hours, from 17:00 to 21:00. On weekdays, it is possible to discuss changing this to daytime hours. Please contact us separately if you wish to extend your time.
Is there a fee for using the drums?
There are currently no additional charges. Please contact us if you would like to use this service.
Can I set the ticket prices freely?
You may set your own ticket prices.
What are the commission rates and revenue share percentages?
There is no commission on ticket sales, and 100% of the revenue will be paid to the artist. Please note, however, that we charge a 20% commission on merchandise sales. Additionally, we require all guests to purchase one drink upon arrival.
Are we allowed to bring in outside food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own food. In that case, a carry-in fee of 3,300 yen (which includes cleaning and waste disposal) will be charged. Please note that we do not allow outside beverages; we kindly ask that you order drinks from our menu.
