We have pressed whole yuzu citrus from Kochi Prefecture, gently extracting the essence of the oils from its peel.
Its bright acidity and subtle bitterness accentuate the clear, sharp notes of our ginger.
The sharp kick of ginger first, followed by the refreshing fragrance of yuzu.
